Flowers

Well, I had a wonderful nights' sleep! I didn't get out of bed until 9:30 morning!! That doesn't happen often. Ed was up and waiting, rushing me to get ready so we could leave. We went to Bedford to get Mulch, and then to Walk-Mart (he needed a compass...not sure why, maybe he plans on getting lost). From there we went to Lowe's to get potting soil, and flowers. I really like their flower selection. I spent way too much on them but they are oh so pretty!! We came home and planted them.

I love flowers in a flower garden because it reminds me of individuality and growth. We are all individuals with different ideas, attitudes, and dreams. However, we can come together and spur each other on toward growth of all kinds. I am so very thankful for my friendships. We aren't always happy go lucky but we are together and that is what counts. I know I sometimes feel that I am burden to my friends but as one often tells me that's why we are here!

That is what Jesus wants from us. He just wants a close personal relationship with you! Yes, You! He longs for us to talk to him one on one. To share our dreams, joys, sadness, concerns. He wants ALL of us. Wow! That's big, all of us. I know it gives me a peace to know that I always have a friend like that!!
