Yesterday at church Pastor Jeanne gave us a lot to think about. The scripture was 1 John 3:16 "This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers. "
She gave us 5 questions to ponder. This is the assignment for the week for my kids & we will discuss it later on in the week. I try to give them little things to do in scripture each week. I urge you to take each question yourself & think about them.
1. What has God given you?
2. What did Christ give up for my sake?
3. What have I given up for Christ's sake?
4. What did Christ's sacrifice?
5. What does Christ call you to sacrifice?
