Saturday we went to Hanover College to the student athlete day. Hanover is Aimee's dream college. It is considered private so the price is a little higher. However, we learned a lot about their financial aid & scholorships that made the price a little more attainable.
We got to meet the Softball coach. She asked for a schedule to come watch Aimee. That is not to say anything will come of it but I hope for Aim it does.
I was reading a friends' blog the other day & she was talking about striving to do good. I thought about that this morning after church. We all do things we aren't proud of. There was only one perfect person that walked this earth. Now that is not to diminish our short comings & mistakes. We all do things we aren't proud of but we must remember that God knows our hearts & not what is done in haste. We must know that God forgives actions & that is what we must lean on.

I just wanted to say Thanks for your comment on my blog the other day. I understand that He forgives us, so why can't I forgive myself? I think if I could do that, then I could move forward and have a better relationship with Him. I just keep praying for an answer to that. Hopefully one day I can accept those things and move forward and be the person He wants me to be.
Hope the coach gets to come and watch her play. I know Aspen says she's really good!
